- Cajun Marble, Inc. warrants the products we manufacture and/or sell for workmanship and materials as follows:
- Marble tubs – 5 year parts/1 year labor
- Vanity tops and other marble products – 3 year parts/1 year labor
- Whirlpool pumps – 3 years parts/1 year laborThese warranties are extended to the original customer/buyer only and are not transferable. Cajun Marble, Inc. disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or for any other purposes.
- Upon discovery of any warranted defect, customer should notify Cajun Marble, Inc. immediately. Original customer’s sole remedy for warranted defects are expressly limited to the replacement or repair of defective products at the option of Cajun Marble, Inc.
- These Warranties shall be void in the following situations:
- Product is installed or used in such a manner that the product is adversely affected.
- Product is chipped or cracked for reasons not due to Cajun Marble, Inc. workmanship or materials.
- Product is exposed to water temperatures in excess of 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Product color varies from sample due to nature of manufacturing process or due to materials used.
- Product reflects occasional impurities inherent in the natural fillers used.
- Product is used for purposes other than those for which is was designed.
- Product’s factory installed plumbing or electrical wiring is changed, added to, deleted from or modified.
- Installation of non-factory authorized accessories.
- Acts of God, such as lightning, floods, earthquakes, etc.
Cajun Marble, Inc. will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses arising from any cause (e.g., water damage to flooring, ceiling, loss of use, etc.).
These limited warranties contain no promises, terms, condition or warranties other than specified her-in. these warranties shall be deemed executed in the State of Louisiana and shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.
